Kabarole
Distributing seedlings and training women in climate-smart agriculture to protect water sources and improve food security.

From rapid response to recovery support, we prioritize women and girls in flood-affected communities so families can recover with dignity.

We navigate difficult terrain to ensure climate action, relief, and livelihood support reaches women-led households and local groups.

Hands-on manure making and regenerative farming practices help families improve soil health, yields, and long-term resilience.

Nurturing the Rwenzori landscape through indigenous wisdom and bold environmental stewardship led by local women.

Equipping grassroots leaders with the resources to transform environmental challenges into sustainable community triumphs.

Where environmental restoration meets economic dignity—pioneering floriculture and smart agriculture for a thriving Rwenzori.

Impact Focus
Women and girls building resilience in every season.
To empower women and girls to protect natural resources, mitigate and adapt to climate change, and build resilience against climate events.
In Kabarole and Ntoroko, women and girls face devastating floods, droughts, and heat. Our work there changes lives, one family at a time.
Distributing seedlings and training women in climate-smart agriculture to protect water sources and improve food security.
The most flood-prone district. We support girls with menstrual hygiene and help communities affected by floods twice a year.

We hold sensitization sessions in schools, churches, and community gatherings to explain the causes and effects of climate change. We also run environmental clubs in schools and support tree planting to restore degraded land.

We distribute tree seedlings and drought-resistant crops to women farmers. We train women in organic farming using local manure and support vegetable growing to improve food security and household income.
We offer skills training, mentorship, and income-generating activities. We help set up savings groups and lead leadership training for girls. We also support girls with menstrual hygiene products.

When floods or landslides hit, we provide basic relief — clothes, food, and supplies — working with district offices and other community organisations. We then support families to recover and rebuild their livelihoods.

Our Growing Network
We are actively seeking like-minded organizations and individuals to scale our community-led climate interventions.

Every bit of support helps us reach more women, plant more trees, and respond to more families in need across Western Uganda.
